ORGANIZERS
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
O.I.C.®
The O.I.C.® is where certified professional organizers come together through knowledge grounded in scientific foundations that are supported by the behavior of the natural order, allowing us to design organizational solutions in harmony with the evolutionary mechanics of everything.

Within the O. I. C.® :
-
You are trained with universal scientific, philosophical, theoretical, technical and methodological foundations.
-
You participate in organizational projects (scientific, disaster, corporate, governmental, events).
-
You participate in scientific research committees.
-
You are part of specialized working groups for the design of complex organizational solutions.
-
You publish, give lectures, and write books.
-
You organize local and regional communities.
-
And when you have mastered a subject or discipline, you can teach.

The difference
We come together around knowledge because it gives us advantages, it gives us margin, it gives us precision during operations, it transforms our businesses into happy ecosystems, and it makes us indispensable to our clients.
Others meet to network around problems they themselves create; personal interests; to train themselves around practices of temporary validity whose support only offers a recipe of what worked for someone.
We have many things that make us different, but perhaps the most important trait is that we take ourselves seriously.
To be part of the O.I.C.®
1. You have to take yourself seriously.
2. You have to be aware that it will take time to become a professional through scientific knowledge.
3. You have to want to work on building continuous professional ecosystems and thus, on building an organized world.
4° You must be enrolled in at least one certification program, whether general, event-related, or disaster scenario management.
5° You must preserve the values of continuity and ethics established by the community.

STEP 1: INDUCTION SESSION, find out before you decide.
Participate in an induction session to find out more; they are free and usually held once a month unless there is a complex disaster scenario in which the rector is involved.
2. STEP: SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE, apply to the fundamental organization course or any certification course.
You need to speak the same language as the entire community; otherwise, when you hear professional organizers speak, you won't understand. You also need to have the essential approaches that will allow you to differentiate yourself.
STEP 3: PARTICIPATE
As soon as you begin your studies, you have access to CIO® as a guest, and upon completion of your first course, you become a full member. Depending on your performance, specialization, and interests, IMO invites you to participate in research, the design of organizational solutions, projects, and more.
